Key Duties & Tasks:

1. Front Desk Management

o Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and staff professionally.

o Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

2. Communication Handling

.      Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.

3. Administrative Support

o Assist with office documentation, filing, and record-keeping.

o Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.

o Support other administrative tasks as requested by management.

4. Client & Staff Assistance

o Provide general information and guidance to clients and staff.

o Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external service providers.

5. Confidentiality & Professionalism

o Maintain discretion regarding all client, staff, and office matters.

o Handle sensitive information professionally and securely.

o Assist with special projects or tasks as required by the family office.

o Support management with documents, or office needs.
