Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Site Management
•  Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all facility management activities are executed effectively and in alignment with company standards and contractual requirements.
•  Supervise MEP, civil, soft services, security, and landscaping activities within the project.
•  Ensure smooth coordination between all FM service providers and internal departments. Maintenance Oversight
•   Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely execution and quality workmanship.
•  Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, safety hazards, and operational gaps, and follow through until closure.
• Review maintenance schedules, risk assessments, method statements, and vendor
• Support tendering processes, technical evaluations, quotation comparisons, and budget recommendations. Landscaping Supervision •
• Oversee landscaping maintenance activities, including irrigation systems, plant health, soft/hard landscape areas, pruning schedules, and pest-control programs.
