Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a wide range of consumer electronics, gadgets, accessories, and lifestyle products
  • Engage customers proactively, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store KPIs
  • Demonstrate product features and provide accurate product information
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well displayed
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and ongoing retail campaigns
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth daily operations


Skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Promoter or Retail Sales Associate is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for sales and retail
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
  • Energetic, confident, and presentable personality
