· Lead and execute the overall sales strategy
· Drive revenue performance and forecasting
· Establish sales structure, pipelines, and reporting discipline
· Support high-value deals and strategic partnerships
Skills
What we’re looking for:
· Proven senior sales leadership experience in Dubai real estate
· Strong brokerage background (off-plan and/or secondary)
· Commercially sharp, decisive, and execution-focused
· Valid RERA certification preferred
· Valid Dubai driving licence and own car (mandatory)
