About the Role

MAPA Group is seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to be assigned to our Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro Station Expansion in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems in line with international standards and local authority requirements, ensuring the highest quality performance throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System, contract specifications, and local authority requirements
• Ensure full compliance with RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) standards, procedures, and approval processes
• Prepare, review, and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and Quality Records
• Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and quality reviews to ensure continuous compliance and improvement
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and authorities on all quality-related matters
• Lead and mentor the quality team, promoting a strong quality culture across the project
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and traceability of quality records throughout the project lifecycle

Skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in metro, railway, road, or major infrastructure projects
• Gulf region experience is mandatory, preferably in the UAE
• Hands-on experience with RTA projects and approvals is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of international standards and local authority requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Fluent in English is required
