We are seeking a Secretary to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle daily administrative tasks efficiently while supporting management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and secretarial tasks
- Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
- Prepare and format reports, letters, and documents
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files
- Coordinate with internal departments and management
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
- Assist with any additional administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of ADEK procedures and requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
Preferred Candidate:
- Based in the UAE with relevant local experience
- Immediate availability is a plus
