Reports to: Head of Cookies

Job Purpose:

As a Commis II you are responsible for following the guidance of the superiors for the smooth operation and gets involved with all individuals in the section and delivers with all efforts appropriately.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the Head of department in the daily operation work.
• To maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas including refrigerators & freezers.
• To take proper inventory in the section in the absence of direct supervisor.
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors.
• Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
• Ensure the consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products.
• To be fully familiar with all local Food Hygiene and HACCP guidelines as per Dubai Municipality.

Qualification and Licenses requirement:

• High School Certificates/Diploma
• Undergraduate Degree

Experience requirement:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar industry
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English
• Food specialist with a proven track record within the respected industry
