Job Title: HSE Engineer/Officer (Solar PV Experience Preferred)

 

Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 - 5,500

 

Location: Ajban, Abu Dhabi, UAE

 

Job Description:

 

We are seeking an experienced HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) professional to join our dynamic team. If you have a solid background in HSE management and a passion for the growing solar photovoltaic (PV) industry, we encourage you to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Implement and supervise the HSE management system on project sites.

 

Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and develop effective control measures.

 

Organize safety training, drills, and promote safety awareness among all staff.

 

Investigate incidents or near-misses, prepare reports, and track corrective actions.

 

Ensure company operations comply with local and international HSE regulations and standards.

 

Maintain, record, and prepare all related HSE documentation and reports.

Skills

Requirements:

 

Experience: 4-5 years or above of relevant experience in the HSE field. Candidates with experience in solar PV power plants or related renewable energy projects will be given high priority.

 

Certification: Valid HSE-related certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are a strong advantage.

 

Driver's License: Must possess a valid local or international driver's license.

 

Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken).

 

Skills: Familiar with HSE management systems and local HSE laws. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

 

Attributes: Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
