Overview Of The Role:


  • The Operations Executive - Contract Origination is responsible for supporting the business by maximizing approvals for Auto Finance, in-house lending, and lease deals. This role requires coordinating operational procedures such as pre-screening, account and entity creation, bank placements, follow-ups, LOI/LPO validation, and the issuance of contracts and loan booking. Success in this role is defined by ensuring all processes and guidelines are followed in line with compliance standards and maintaining high levels of service and quality.

 


What You Will Do:


 

  • Serve as the primary contact for all parties involved in auto finance and lease transactions, including interactions with banks, Hertz, in-house employees, and dealerships.
  • Validate data and documentation at the time of deal submission to ensure adherence to basic credit parameters before submission.
  • Track and maintain turnaround times as per SLA, and liaise with bankers and credit teams for feedback on submitted deals.
  • Validate LOIs/LPOs, generate lease agreements and necessary annexures upon approval, and follow up to ensure vehicle delivery.
  • Relay feedback accurately to showroom managers, record and track errors, communicate MIS reports, and conduct hygiene checks to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and AFF guidelines.
  • Understand the credit policies of partner banks and AFF, challenge declines and reduce excessive documentation requests, and identify process gaps and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with central bank rules and SOPs, maintain accurate records using internal systems and data sheets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuously update operational knowledge to enhance efficiency.

Skills

Required Skills To Be Successful:


  • Strong understanding of financial services operations, specifically in auto finance and leasing.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders such as banks, dealerships, and internal associates.
  • Proficiency in data validation and documentation management to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Ability to identify and implement continuous process improvements, with an eye for compliance and policy adherence.


What Equips You For The Role:


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred, though high school education with significant experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or consumer banking, financial services, specifically in sales, operations coordination, or retail credit.
  • Understanding of auto sales processes at the dealer level and general knowledge of the auto industry is required.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be considered an advantage.
