- Review tender documents and prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and resource plans for civil works.
- Develop and manage civil work schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and resource allocation.
- Oversee site civil works, obtain NOCs, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Act as the primary liaison for civil activities, coordinating between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Conduct quality checks, monitor subcontractor performance, and resolve site issues promptly.
- Prepare as-built drawings and final documentation, ensuring all punch list items are closed before project handover.

What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil work for service or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, construction practices, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in tendering processes, cost estimation, and software tools like AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Experience in liaising with authorities for permits and approvals, enhancing project execution efficiency.
