A leading Construction & Contracting Company is seeking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Monitor project costs and control budgets.
- Prepare and review interim payments and final accounts.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Prepare cost reports and financial statements.
Skills
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Previous experience in construction and contracting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost control, and estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (Primavera is a plus).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
