As part of our expansion, GYEON is developing its Middle East branch to better serve one of the world’s most dynamic automotive markets. The Branch Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and smooth branch performance, enabling GYEON to deliver world-class service to professional customers and partners.
The Role
We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of GYEON Middle East. This is a hands-on, senior leadership role focused on operational efficiency, administration, finance coordination, logistics, and local stakeholder management.
You will act as GYEON’s key local operational representative, ensuring the branch runs smoothly, compliantly, and in full alignment with GYEON’s global standards. This role requires autonomy, leadership, and the ability to take ownership across a wide range of operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with GYEON HQ
● Serve as the primary local contact for operational, administrative, and organizational matters
● Manage local sales administration, invoicing, and basic reporting to HQ
● Coordinate and supervise local sales and support personnel
● Oversee import/export operations, customs clearance, and regional logistics
Manage stock, inventory control, and branch resources
● Ensure accurate accounting and bookkeeping, coordinating with external accountants
● Maintain professional relationships with local authorities, service providers, and landlords
● Collaborate with GYEON HQ on reporting, planning, and administrative alignment
● Organize and book professional trainings at the GYEON Experience Center (GEC)
● Conduct occasional customer visits (after appropriate training)
● Take ownership of tasks beyond the formal job description when required

Skills
Candidate Profile
● Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
● Legal right to work in the UAE
● Strong understanding of local culture, customs, and business practices
● Experience or strong knowledge in:
○ Accounting / bookkeeping
○ Import & export procedures
○ Customs and regional trade
● Automotive industry experience is highly appreciated
● Professional, open-minded, and confident leader
● Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability
● Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, operational leadership role
● Willingness to work hands-on and manage a broad scope of responsibilities
● Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
