URGENT HIRING: SCRAP YARD FOREMAN

Al Fareed Metal Scrap Tr. LLC (Sole Proprietorship) Location: Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for a professional Foreman with deep knowledge of the UAE scrap market to join our Sajja yard.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 3 to 5 years in the scrap industry (Mandatory).

Skills: Expert in identifying and sorting metals (Iron, Copper, Aluminum, etc.).

Communication: Must be able to negotiate with suppliers and manage laborers.

Knowledge: Familiarity with Sharjah/Sajja market prices and yard operations.

Skills

Ferrous Grading: Expert knowledge in HMS 1 & 2 and PNS (Plate & Structural). Must know how to grade thickness and quality.

Non-Ferrous Knowledge: Must identify Copper (Millberry, ICW), Aluminum (6063, Tense, Taint/Tabor), Brass, and Stainless Steel (304/316).

Visual Inspection: Ability to estimate "recovery" and "deductions" for mixed loads and dirty scrap.

Equipment Handling: Experience supervising gas cutting, baling machines, and forklift loading.

Market Pricing: Up-to-date knowledge of LME (London Metal Exchange) and local Sharjah/Sajja daily rates.
