Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, sculpture nails, gel and acrylic enhancements, nail art, and nail care treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand preferences, assess nail health, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Prepare and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations; sterilize implements after each use.
• Ensure proper nail shaping, cuticle care, and buffing techniques to achieve desired results while minimizing damage to natural nails.
• Apply gels, polishes, and decorative designs with precision and attention to detail; maintain color consistency and durability.
• Educate clients on aftercare, nail maintenance, and at-home tips to extend service longevity.
• Maintain accurate appointment schedules, record client preferences, and upsell appropriate add-on services when suitable.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including infection control and waste disposal procedures.
• Manage inventory of nail products and tools; communicate supply needs to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with fellow stylists and front-desk staff to ensure a seamless client experience and positive salon ambiance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional nail technician experience in a salon or spa.
• Relevant nail technology certification or license as required by UAE regulations.
• Proficiency in a range of nail services (manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, nail art).
• Strong knowledge of nail health, cuticle care, hygiene, and sanitation best practices.
• Excellent visual design sense with steady hands and meticulous attention to detail.
