KaveDecco is a premium engineered wood brand specializing in finger-jointed (FJ) boards and panel solutions for interior fit-out, joinery, furniture manufacturing, and architectural applications.
We are looking for a B2B Sales Account Executive who understands relationship-driven sales and can position engineered wood as a solution, not a commodity
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell finger-jointed boards and engineered wood panels to B2B clients
- Develop and manage accounts with joineries, interior fit-out contractors, furniture manufacturers, and project teams
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up, and close orders
- Build long-term relationships leading to repeat business
Account & Project Management
- Manage accounts from enquiry stage through order confirmation and delivery
- Coordinate internally on specifications, sizes, finishes, lead times, and availability
- Track projects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support
Technical & Product Support
- Assist clients in selecting the right engineered wood solution for their application
- Explain product advantages such as stability, consistency, finish quality, and performance
- Support basic understanding of drawings, specifications, and BOQs (preferred)
Candidate Requirements
- 2–6 years of B2B sales experience (building materials, wood products, interiors, joinery, or fit-out preferred)
- Experience selling to joineries, fit-out companies, contractors, or manufacturers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- UAE market experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
