Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

3. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

4. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.

5. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

6. Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

7. Identify and followup potential clients in the construction and building materials sector.

9. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Skills


  1. 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development, ideally in civil engineering, construction materials, or infrastructure solutions.
  2. Engineering or business background with a strong technical understanding (geotechnics, environment, or infrastructure).
  3. Proficient in sales techniques and strategies.
  4. Strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  7. Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  8. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
