Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Store & Inventory Manager to manage

all inventory, materials, and components used in our automotive metal fabrication and

vehicle modification operations. This role focuses on accurate stock control, store discipline,

and ERP-based material tracking, with Odoo Inventory experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

- Manage daily store activities for steel, aluminum, fabricated parts, hardware, and

automotive components

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and physical organization

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and structured layout

- Control access and ensure compliance with company procedures

Inventory Control:

- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials

- Maintain accurate stock records

- Issue materials to production teams based on approved requests

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement

- Conduct regular stock counts and audits

- Identify slow-moving, damaged, or excess inventory

ERP & Odoo:

- Process Goods Receipts (GRN)

- Match deliveries against purchase orders

- Record stock movements in real time

- Issue materials to projects

- Generate stock and consumption reports

Production Support:

- Coordinate with fabrication, welding, assembly, coating, and electrical teams

- Ensure materials are available according to schedules

Skills

Qualifications:

- 2–3 years experience in store or inventory management

- Knowledge of metal materials and automotive parts

- Odoo Inventory or ERP experience preferred

- Strong organizational and reporting skills
