Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks

Answer and direct phone calls and messages

Manage filing, documentation, and record keeping

Assist with data entry and basic reporting

Maintain office supplies and cleanliness

Support staff with clerical duties as required

Coordinate deliveries and office errands

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is a plus

Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
