Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing original event concepts and managing the full event lifecycle, from planning and coordination to execution and post-event evaluation. You will ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization’s brand and communication goals.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events end-to-end, from concept development to post-event evaluation
- Manage event schedules, logistics, budgets, and contingency planning
- Oversee on-site operations to ensure smooth event delivery
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including pricing negotiations
- Supervise event support staff such as caterers, security, and event assistants
- Identify and develop partnership and collaboration opportunities
- Represent the organization in meetings and media engagements when required
- Ensure all events align with brand identity and communication objectives
- Prepare event-related presentations, supporting materials, and PR content

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field
- English and Arabic fluency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event coordination and management for government, semi-government or education sector.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Excel
