Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and DLD procedures
- Valid UAE Driving License and Own Car
- RERA certification (mandatory or preferred, depending on company policy)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Fluent in English and Arabic (other languages is an advantage)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed company sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans
- Monitor individual agent performance and provide regular coaching and training
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents
- Manage and expand company listings (primary and secondary markets)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and key clients
- Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies
- Oversee negotiations and support agents in closing high-value deals
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and branding
- Handle escalated client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure proper documentation of transactions
