We are urgently hiring an Sales Account Manager – Retention to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for driven sales professionals who thrive in a high-performance, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain an assigned portfolio of FX clients
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to maximize retention and revenue
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Achieve and exceed monthly retention and revenue targets
  • Provide professional market guidance and client support
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience


Skills

  • Strong sales background any field (mandatory)
  • Experience in the FX / Forex industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory
  • A high level of English vocabulary is essential, as the role involves daily interaction with international clients.
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Open to all nationalities
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
