You will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to children, ensuring their health and well-being through expert diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of pediatric patients with various health conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and patient needs.
Provide preventive care, including well-child visits, immunizations, and developmental assessments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Guide and mentor junior medical staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge in pediatric practice.
Engage with families, providing education and support regarding child health and development.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research and medical education.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with hospital policies.

Board certification in Pediatrics is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a pediatric setting, with leadership experience preferred.
Valid medical license to practice in the UAE or eligibility for licensure.
In-depth knowledge of pediatric healthcare protocols and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on family engagement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
