The Contract Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving sales strategies and expanding our footprint across the region, all while embodying the values and vision that Sealy stands for in the consumer goods industry.
Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve contract sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MENA region.
Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy adjustments.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Proven minimum 5 years experience as a Contract Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages relevant to the MENA region are a plus.
