Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer at Eversendai Engineering HFZ, located in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for project planning, design review, technical coordination, and engineering support throughout project execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating technical specifications, ensuring compliance with standards, providing solutions for engineering challenges, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. The position also involves mentoring junior engineers and participating in quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in structural design, project planning, and technical coordination Experience in engineering analysis, problem-solving, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations Proficiency in using design software and engineering tools effectively Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent qualifications Proven track record of experience in construction or engineering, with a focus on complex projects Certification in project management or advanced engineering practices is a plus Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
