• Strong experience in salon operations• Leadership & team management skills• Customer service and communication skills• With experience in UAE as Salon Manager Staff management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising salon staff; conducting performance reviews; and fostering a positive work environment. Client relations: Ensuring high levels of customer service, handling client complaints and feedback, and implementing strategies to retain clients. Financial oversight: Managing budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, overseeing payroll and commissions, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. Daily operations: Overseeing daily activities, managing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring the salon is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Inventory management: Ordering, tracking, and managing professional and retail products to maintain optimal stock levels. Compliance and safety: Ensuring the salon adheres to all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Marketing and promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients, which may include social media, ads, and special events.
