MD or equivalent medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics and additional training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine Current medical license and board certification in Pediatrics, with subspecialty in Pediatric Emergency Medicine preferred Minimum of [X years] of experience working in a pediatric emergency department Strong clinical skills in emergency assessment and management of acute pediatric conditions Ability to perform life-saving procedures with confidence and competence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare providers Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Commitment to patient-centered care and high standards of medical practice Active participation in professional development and continuous education in emergency medicine
