Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough pre-operative evaluations and risk assessments for patients scheduled for cardiac surgery.
Create and execute tailored anesthesia care plans to align with each patient's unique medical history and surgical needs.
Administer anesthesia during surgical procedures and monitor patient vitals and anesthesia depth throughout.
Oversee post-anesthesia recovery and provide necessary interventions to manage pain and other complications.
Educate and mentor junior anesthesia staff, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing anesthetic care and patient outcomes.
Engage in research and stay updated with advancements in cardiac anesthesia practices.

Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in Anesthesiology.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cardiac anesthesia practice.
