Chain Reaction is looking for a qualified  Account Executive  to implement social media strategies that are in line with the clients’ needs, to enhance a brand’s online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities Manage live event coverage via phone and on-site when required, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery.
Create high-quality, trending social media content (Reels, TikToks, short-form videos) that aligns with brand strategy and current trends.
Collaborate with internal creative teams and clients to develop social media strategies and content plans.
Oversee day-to-day client communication , maintaining strong relationships and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
Track content performance and contribute creative ideas for optimization and audience growth.
Support in campaign execution , coordination, and reporting as part of account management duties.
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements At least 2 years of agency experience managing multiple accounts and fast-paced workflows and professional experience in social media content creation, account management, or a related marketing role.
Proven ability to independently produce trend-oriented short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms.
Strong hands-on video editing skills using mobile or desktop tools (e.
g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms , including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts—covering algorithms, content formats, posting best practices, and engagement tactics.
Bilingual communication skills (English and Arabic), with fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Experience working with automotive and/or luxury brands is highly preferred, with an understanding of premium brand tone, storytelling, and visual standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
Experience covering live events and capturing real-time content is a strong advantage.
