EME OU (Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. The organization is designed to combine local relevance with scale, shift data and technology from experimentation to competitive advantage, and operate through flywheel execution with clear accountability for impact and ROI. All roles operate within a tightly integrated OU–Market model, where the OU elevates and enables long-term growth+ OU-wide platformswhile markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences. 



Focus, Scope,& Impact:



Develop/ deploy world-class,locally-relevantcontent(consumer and shopper)for the region, as granular, nuanced as possible.Being the guardian of all content to ensure consistency across all markets and all touchpoints



  • Collaborating withOU Category, OU IMX (Operating Unit Integrated Marketing Experience) and local Medialead and Brand Strategy/ Frontline Lead on One Brief and agency brief.

  • Leadinglocalagency partners to bring to life all content (offline and online)in 2 different contexts 1) local production from scratch 2) deployment of OU-wide platforms3) collaborating with the OU and co-leading OU wide projects

  • Leading production process for all content (offline and online)leveraging AI and tech for maximum ROI

  • Amplification of campaigns across OU – briefs and ideas to be brought to life bylocalEPICs team (experiential, influencer, digital, social)

  • Working with Insights Team to define the killer insights that are brought to life across content, as well as testing all content for continuous improvement based on consumer insights 

  • Provide input into localization of global Campaigns based on local insights

  • Ownership of all P&D and agency budget across OU

Experience&Critical Requirements  



  • Significantexperience(7+ years)withLOCALcontent, creativedevelopmentandagency management

  • Excellencein managing complex projects and budgets/ timelines 


  • Greatifalso have experience in media,assetsand brand strategy.
