The Coca-Cola Company, a global beverage leader with a rich history of over 136 years and a portfolio of over 200 brands worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Franchise Execution.
As Senior Director, Franchise, Iraq, you will lead all aspects of franchise operations across Iraq, providing strategic management and fostering strong partnerships with our bottler partner CCI. This includes providing strategic oversight and transformationalexpertiseto execute plans that align with mutualobjectivesand specific capability plans, ensuring a sustainable long-term business model.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating all marketing, commercial, and franchise activities to drive volume, share, and profitobjectives.
Business Planning and Stewardship
Conducting monthly and weekly performance management stewardship, including tracking revenue, gross profit, transactions, incidence, and value share.
Leadership Responsibilities
Effective communication with various operating units, internal teams, franchise bottlers, and stakeholders — as well as representation on industry-associated platforms — isrequired.
