All rolesoperatewithin a tightly integrated OU–Market model, where the OU elevates and enables long-term growth+ OU-wide platformswhile markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content,partnershipand experiences. 



Focus, Scope,& Impact:



World-class,roundedmarketing operator andstrategycrafting.True E2Emarketer. Ownershipof themarketingagendaofthegivenmarket. OU category leads will be more focused on LRP and OU-wide projects while within markets the focusis ABPcreation / operationalization. 



  • Portfolio-wide, E2Emarketing scope. LeadABPandBrand & Innovation plansdevelopment, alignment,execution &tracking (flywheel / innovationfactory)



  • Supportedby local IMX team (media, content, epics SMEs) but alsostretchto lead these disciplines when needed. Leverage local agencies and bottlers to ensure full capacity



  • Own market marketing performance(incROI, P&L)



  • Define and execute theMarketABP agenda andperformancethroughthoughtleadership onfrontier marketing, innovation, andensuring superior/integratedflywheelsexecutionenabled by system alignment and excitement. 



  • The team size spam from none to 3 talents depending on market size/ potential 



Experience&Critical Requirements 



  • Significant marketingand leadershipexperience (10years+), includinginsight & analytics,brand/portfoliostrategies,innovation, complexmarketing programs managementand P&L ownership



  • Workedin/withall relevantmarketingdisciplines: innovation, creative strategy,connections, design,category/brandpositioning & growthstrategy



  • Advanced business, commercial acumen (RGM experience is nice to have).

Other Considerations:Location:Bounded to Iraq country.Talent can stay in a satellite office, Dubai but need to commit to travel 2 weeks/month to the refereed country
