EME OU Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. Upskilllocalmarketing community & outcomes throughDATA,capabilities, and tech-augmented solutions.Leverage tech-augmented solutions to ensure rigorous prioritization and OU-Market and cross-functional wiring across different processes (innovation, ABP, Flywheel)



  • PMO for prioritization,ABP, Calendar, Innovation, Flywheelfactory



  • Deploymarketing capabilitiesagendaespecially actingas COE for Data & AI literacy



  • Leadmarketorchestration and backlogmanagement, includingworkflow, marketing operations, and planning



  • Deploytech-augmented ways of working.



  • What Success Looks Like:Wired organization focused on the WTMM,Tools are adopted, not resisted;Capability gaps visibly close across markets;Marketing operates faster and with moreprecision.



Experience&Critical Requirements 



  • Significant marketingand leadershipexperience (7years+),with great focusin tech/data



  • Good knowledge onrelevantmarketingdisciplines: innovation, creative strategy,connections, design,category/brandpositioning & growthstrategy



  • Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teamsand projects



  • Ledprojectsand capabilitiesthat leverage Digital/ Data/ AIas edges
