EME OU (Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. Focus, Scope,& Impact:
Deep understandingof the art & science behind consumer & shopper needs (where to play), behaviour, and foresights, enabled by human sciences, data and advanced analytics
- Inform OU LRP (Operating Unit Long-Range Plan) andOU-wide programs by providinga deep,present forward andfuture-back understanding of consumers/shopper’s drivers, andneed pillars/occasions to shape portfolio choices, category strategies,program’s excellenceacross the EME OU (Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit).
- Lead portfolio strategyfor the OU, defining where to play
- Own the art & science of consumer and shopper understanding, spanning needs,behaviours, rituals, and decision journeys.Lead human sciences, foresights, and future scenarios to anticipate cultural and consumption shifts.Lead shopper sciences to unlock conversion, in-store excellence, and path-to-purchase growth.
- Own research, advanced analytics, andmodellingagenda
- Enableconsumer-centricity, including intelligence platforms andnewtechnologies.
- Enable and activate theInsights & Portfolio global and localnetwork toensuring rigor, coordination, collaboration and upskilling.

Experience&Critical Requirements
- Significant marketingand leadershipexperience (15years+),with great focus on insights, analytics, humansciencesand market research.
