Job Details

  • Document Management: Proofreading documents for typos, formatting and missing / inaccurate information. Organising legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Arranging signatories for contracts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate legal filing systems and records, monitoring expiry dates for hotel management agreements, constitutional documents, hotel licences, POAs and key operating contracts and progressing renewals with the respective DH legal teams. 
  • Data Entry: Accurately inputting and managing information in legal databases and software systems, including CSC (company secretary platform), iManage and MASDAR.
  • Company secretary assistance: Working with CSC to ensure up to date filings for certain DHH entities.
  • Communication: Liaising with operators and hotel teams to progress administrative legal matters.
  • Team Collaboration: Conducting effective inter-department communication and acting as the dedicated interface legal enquiries.
  • Meeting Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and PowerPoint presentations, compiling materials and taking detailed minutes.  
  • Compliance Assistance: Maintaining alignment with internal legal policies and procedures.
