Summary:
The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for supporting the Director in all aspects of managing the food and beverage operations within an establishment. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and assisting in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and productivity.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in managing and coordinating all food and beverage operations.
- Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Assist in developing menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive revenue.
