Job Summary: 

We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling DX (Direct Expansion) and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems in UAE market.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities for DX and VRF product lines within the target market (contractors, consultants, and developers).
  • Technical Sales: Act as a technical advisor to clients. Bridge the gap between technical requirements and commercial solutions.
  • Application & Selection: Review project specifications, Liasoning with consultant, clinet, contractor technically to provide optimized selections of HVAC equipment (DX/VRF) based on technical parameters.
  • Design review: Shall have ability to review consultant design, read equipment layouts and give techno commercially best proposal.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and submit detailed technical and commercial offers (quotations) in line with client requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with MEP consultants and contractors to get our brands specified in early project stages.
  • Achieving sales Target : Shall have proven record of achieving Sales target and able to monitor weekly progress / follow up with customers  

 

Key Requirements:

  • Computers Skills : Shall be well conversant with MS office, power points, CRM tool, VRF selection software 
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new HVAC technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering .
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HVAC sales, specifically with DX Units (Splits, Package, Ducted) and VRF systems.
  • Technical Background: A strong technical background on HVAC DX equipment, VRF selection, Consultant exposure for product technical approval is preferred.
  • Design Skills: Basic knowledge of HVAC design principles, including heat load calculation software (e.g., HAP), FAHU Selection software,and equipment selection software.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
