Job Details

Responsibilities Maintenance & Installation for all ELV Systems.



  • Allocating Technicians for execution of Services.

  • Troubleshooting & Programming of ELV Systems.

  • Ensure timely execution of maintenance services (As and when required)

  • Attending Authority / SIRA / Consultant Inspections and site meetings.

  • Regular updates/communication to clients and team.

  • Preparing documents for obtaining SIRA certificate.

  • To Maintain high level of Customer Satisfaction.

  • Lead technicians to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.

  • Plan and allocate resources to effectively and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.

  • Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations and paid time off, telecommuting, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling.

  • Adherence to processes & procedures related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment System

  • Adherence to processes & procedures / Improvement in existing processes & development of new processes leading to an efficient system.

  • Any other work related to the operations as assigned by your reporting manager.
