Key Accountabilities


  • Manage the performance of external consultants and the in-house design team to ensure designs are made in proper manner that is in compliance with the scope of work requirements, on time and in budget
  • Review and provide feedback on all drawings and documents and ensure the incorporation of all revisions on all documents. 
  • Guide and co-ordinate external consultants on all operational requirements and ensure correct standards and procedures are maintained.
  • Conduct design studies to enhance the USPs and design quality for DAMAC products
  • Prepare project briefs and guidelines for new projects 
  • Manage the preparation, submission and obtaining of all required planning and authority approvals.
  • Ensure that a detailed and methodical value engineering and constructability process is adopted throughout the project design process.

 Minimum Qualification


  • Degree in Architecture

Minimum Experience


  • Minimum 6 years of experience including 3 years in Design Development with internationally-recognized developers or design/ architectural firms
