Primary Responsibilities Conduct thorough histological and cytological analyses of samples to determine diagnosis.
Communicate findings clearly in detailed pathology reports to physicians and healthcare teams.
Engage in collaborative discussions regarding patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in pathology practices and methodologies.
Participate in quality control processes to ensure compliance with laboratory standards.
Mentor junior staff and assist in training medical students and residents.
