As Logistics Representative you will play a key role in managing supply chain data and ensuring smooth transportation operations for our customers. In this role, you will coordinate transportation arrangements and build strong relationships with assigned accounts. Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Build strong relationships with customer contacts to support daily transportation needs
- Proactively monitor, manage, and follow up on shipment exceptions
- Resolve service failures with transportation providers, and partner with customers to address issues
- Identify cost‑savings opportunities through route optimization, order consolidation, and lead‑time compliance
- Provide prompt and professional response to customer's requests for additional information
- Achieve tactical and operational KPI targets (Quality and Productivity Metrics)
- Reconcile weekly financial reports and ensure accuracy
- Run, maintain, and enhance reports on shipment activities
- Identify and implement operational efficiency improvements
- Execute customer‑requested changes in a timely, accurate manner, including appointment rescheduling and provider notifications
- Collect, sort, and distribute operational information to the internal team
Required Qualifications:- 2-5 years of work experience in a similar role (logistics, supply chain, or 4PL coordination roles, ideally with exposure to operations across the Gulf region)
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Willingness to create and adhere to process and plan
- Ability to solve problems in an effective and efficient manner
- Ability to think creatively and be flexible
- Ability to work in a stressful, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment
- Friendly, customer-service attitude
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
