We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) using software like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure accurate and efficient digital modeling of construction projects.
- Develop and maintain 3D models using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
- Create detailed architectural, structural, and MEP models based on project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
- Assist in generating shop drawings, construction documents, and quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project workflows.
- Support BIM team in training, troubleshooting, and improving processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 19650, LOD requirements, etc.).
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings and report issues.
