- Lead kitchen operations, food quality, and menu execution.
- Manage kitchen team scheduling, training, and performance.
- Control food cost, wastage, and inventory standards.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and brand compliance at all times.
Skills
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of UAE experience in a casual to upscale dining concepts
- Extensive international cuisine background
- Proven track record in pre-opening projects
- Strong communication skills, preferably with food safety/hygiene certification (HACCP)
