We are looking for a Recipe Costing Accountant to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calculating and monitoring recipe costs, analyzing food costs, and supporting management in improving profitability while maintaining product quality.
Skills
- Proven experience in recipe costing or cost accounting in restaurants (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of food cost control and menu engineering
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining restaurants is a plus
