Job Overview


Provide administrative and secretarial support to the PRO Department, ensuring smooth operations in line with company policies. The role involves updating colleague information in government and internal systems, supporting the Public Relations Manager, and assisting the Legal team when required.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the Public Relations Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, and meeting minutes
  • Update colleague records in PR systems (E-PRO, E-Channel, and other government platforms)
  • Prepare reports and allocate visa, medical, Emirates ID, and related PRO charges
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Coordinate with HR to maintain employee records

Requirements


Essential:


  • Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent
  • UAE National
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or secretarial role

Skills


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to work under pressure
