In this key position, you will support with the development and implementation of robust quality assurance processes, ensuring that our fragrances not only meet but exceed customer expectations and regulatory and safety requirements.
This role involves overseeing quality processes, supplier compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, warehousing, and e-commerce operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support with the development and implementation of a global Quality Management System Work closely and collaboratively with third party contractors/service providers (external manufacturers, suppliers, warehouse etc.
) to execute projects and launches successfully, including attendance of industrial trials and first commercial productions, review and approval of CoAs and relevant documents, conducting inspections etc.
Work closely and collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch and project execution including review and approval of specifications, stability/compatibility and testing results etc.
Investigate quality issues and complaints from various sources (B2B & B2C) to identify root cause and ensure implementation of a robust corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plan, internally and externally, to prevent recurrence Qualify third party contractors/service providers handling Kayali products/components, according to ISO/GMP/GDP and other relevant standards through audit and frequent reviews.
Identify opportunities for improvement in systems, processes, etc.
to increase efficiency and enhance quality assurance and control.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Quality Management or related field ISO 9001 certified auditor 5+ years of experience working in a quality and/or regulatory compliance function in a luxury fragrance and skincare or related industry Experience in developing and maintaining a robust QMS in related industry Clear understanding and ability to assess and act upon product safety, quality efficacy and compliance risks and to ensure operations do not compromise the quality of products Good understanding of typical Fragrance & Cosmetic requirements In-depth understanding and strong knowledge of quality processes, relevant regulatory and legal standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Intermediate skills in IT/data analytics (AI, Microsoft Power Suite) and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) Competence Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills Capable of building strong working relationships and motivated teams to deliver outstanding results Commercial understanding of corporate and operational business issues Strong understanding of planning issues, budgeting, priority setting, project management Ability to transform solid thinking into action (a thinker and an achiever) Good communication skills, both written and oral Strong intellectual curiosity Appetite for exploring new and previously uncharted territories Openness to change and ability to think out of the box Good presentation and organizational skills
