Job Overview


As a Manager Digital PMO at Emirates NBD, your role is to support the digital change portfolio for Retail & Business Banking at Emirates NBD Group. This role will assist portfolio prioritization, stakeholder alignment, tribe cadence, and delivery excellence across all key digital initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear customer and business impact. This will report to the head of Digital PMO, RBWM.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the digital portfolio for Retail & Business Banking (mobile, online, SME/Business platforms, accounts , cards ,lending, payments, onboarding, customer journeys).
  •  Develop and monitor the business cases for the CAPEX spends between Retail, Business Banking, Group Technology, Finance etc for approval from ITSC
  • Own and Project Manage high-impact light house programs, ensuring clear scope, milestones, KPIs and benefits.
  • Own the digital new initiatives pipeline, from idea and POC through to full-scale delivery.
  • Develop and report clear, data-driven KPIs to senior leadership on progress, risks, issues, and benefit realization.
  • Responsible for all Digital communication, Newsletters , updates to RBWM LT and Exco on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • External submission for Digital team for awards and recognitions 
  • Review Competition benchmarking for journeys and new features
  • Develop Digital training agenda along with Learning and development team for Retail Banking and Wealth Management

Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; Master’s / MBA preferred.
  • 3- 5 years experience within a Consulting Firm with expertise in project / programme / portfolio management and exposure to retail and/or business banking.
  • Proven track record leading a PMO or digital transformation office in a digital or technology-led environment.
  • Understanding of digital banking products, channels and customer journeys, ideally in the GCC/UAE.
  • Experience with Agile / scaled Agile and hybrid delivery models/ lean.
  • Execution and commercial mindset, able to link digital delivery to P&L and customer outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand Agile delivery topics.
