Senior Product Definition Analyst

As part of the META - Digital Customer Interface team, we play a key role in connecting META airlines with Digital Labs, ensuring airline business needs are translated into high‑quality digital solutions. Our responsibility spans the entire delivery lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution definition to coordinating implementation and delivering to production. We work closely with airline stakeholders to understand their objectives, convert them into clear and actionable solutions, and collaborate with Digital Lab teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.




What we do: 



  • Act as the single interface between airlines and Digital Labs



  • Own end‑to‑end delivery, from idea to production 



  • Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions 



  • Drive discussions, align stakeholders, and follow through to delivery

Key Accountabilities:

Requirements handling



  • Gather and clarify customer requirements to ensure smooth delivery



  • Find and influence common demands across digital customers portfolio to drive the product vision



  • Provide the business perspective and ensure customer voice is heard in internal Digital forums.



  • Upsell Amadeus products matching the demand



  • Tracking of dependencies to Amadeus product features:



  • Ensure committed dependencies are delivered in due time and raise early warnings



  • Handle communication and mitigation plans in case of slippage



  • Validate Amadeus deliveries match expectations in early stages




Technical consultant



  • Give recommendations on some architectural or technical aspects in collaboration with our architects



  • Coordinate Amadeus internal dependencies (e.g. PSS)



  • Provide support to use Amadeus product features: functional and technical behaviours, configuration, documentation



  • Help UI teams in collecting all required information to use product features



  • Provide first level of investigation on defects raised to Amadeus products in the construction phase, and follow-up on them




Accountability end-to-end



  • Design digital solutions



  • Present to customer stakeholders from IT and Business organization the new features and the solutions



  • Facilitate discussions with the different contributors to ensure delivery of working, maintainable solutions



  • Create product vision, business objectives, and product requirements



  • Plan, prioritize, and manage the product features and requirements from conceptual stages through product life cycles



  • Become the main point of contact for airline and represent airline internally
