As a Content Delivery Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our Global Production Team, collaborating with regional and local brand teams to ensure seamless delivery of production services and projects. You'll be the key point of contact for brand teams and creative agencies, driving successful partnerships and aligning business goals with customer experience objectives. Accountabilities
Lead end-to-end project management for content production across MEA markets, including timelines, coordination, and stakeholder communication
Build strong partnerships with Digital Leads and Brand Leads to understand market needs and align GCS service offerings
Oversee content and assembly work for AZ web portals and in-market content & creative studio in MEA
Drive the deployment and full adoption of GCS Production and Creative Services in MEA, maximizing value and impact
Ensure all content assets are delivered on time, within scope, and at the expected quality across various omnichannel formats
Coordinate Creative Studio team of graphic designers, activities with outsourced suppliers and global content partners to ensure operational alignment and value optimization
Gather feedback, track service performance, and collaborate with GCS leadership to enhance continuous improvement
Contribute to regional change management efforts to onboard markets onto new content solutions and delivery processes
Monitor delivery KPIs and provide transparency into service levels, volumes, and performance trends
Monitor and confirm accurate financial tracking for local and shared services
Essential Skills/Experience
5+ years of experience within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry or relevant industry
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and negotiating skills
Oral and written fluency in Business English
Experience in content production or omnichannel marketing operations
Strong communication, leadership and project management skills
Cultural awareness and stakeholder engagement experience
Proven track record working cross functionally with high level of commitment and follow through
Proactive attitude; driving innovation and continuous improvement
Digital marketing knowledge
Ability to work independently, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Desirable Skills/Experience
Local and/or Global Brand Marketing Experience
Digital Marketing Experience
Financial performance accountability
Previous collaboration with external partners/vendors preferred
Experience within GCS or similar marketing operations roles a plus
