Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to grow market share.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Oversee listings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to design effective campaigns.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate laws.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve targets.
  • UAE driving license (Must).
  • Fluent in (English and Arabic).
