As a Senior Specialist in Cardiac Electrophysiology, you will be responsible for leading the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
Your role will involve conducting thorough patient assessments, performing advanced electrophysiology studies, and executing catheter ablation procedures.
Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior staff and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment strategies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with cardiac rhythm disorders Lead and perform electrophysiology studies, advanced mapping, and catheter ablation procedures Provide guidance and mentorship to junior electrophysiologists and clinical staff Collaborate with healthcare teams to establish personalized treatment plans for patients Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in the field Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Medical degree and a valid license to practice Board certification in Cardiac Electrophysiology Extensive experience in diagnosing and managing cardiac rhythm disorders Expertise in performing and interpreting advanced electrophysiology studies and catheter ablation procedures Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior professionals Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Commitment to continuous learning and contributing to the advancement of cardiac care
